Q: How to Start KydavrActivate Business?

1. Make CAD draft plan as current site place;

2. Make quotation, select game ,customize service;

3. Make contract and pay deposit;

4. Send the equipment position and power plug place etc, decoration company leave the equipment electricity place, make decoration the room and space ;

5. Pay the balance, arrange shipment;

6. Install the hardware ,we send installation manual , you find local engineer to install or we send engineer to guide install;

7. Adjust the software( website, Ranking, Booking etc) , test game and system;

8. Work and maintain.

Q: How many places(country or city) already installed? Where are they?

A: Above 100 places in the whole world market; Already installed in Saudi Arabia, New Zealand, Indonesia , Singapore, Australia, United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, Netherlands ,France, India, Poland, Greece, Hungary etc in the world market; Shenzhen, Beijing, Zhengzhou，Taiwan etc in the Chinese market.

A: Normally 20-50 square meters, also can customize as space room;

Q: Do you support different language of the game and management system?

A: Standard version is English and Chinese, accept customization different language.

Q: How much need invest?

A: Normally can choose one Grid game only or different rooms. Please contact with Kydavr sales manager to get the exact cost.

Q: Do you have management system and bracelet?

A: Yes, we support to sell the whole Activate game software, hardware, management system, Ranking, tickets, scores…

Q: Can you make CAD design for buyer’s space room?

A: Yes, we can make CAD design as exact space room size.

Q: Can you make decoration design for buyer’s place?

A: We also can assist to make decoration that is for extra.

Q: Do you support different language of the game and management system?

A: Yes, Kydavr accept customize software with hardware.

Q: How to install?

A: Kydavr will send detail CAD design, electronic design, installation manual, buyer can install by electronic engineer; or Kydavr can provide on-site technical support and installation as well as training once the goods are delivered at destination.

Q: How is warranty?

A: Hardware is two years warranty, software for life time(The first year is for free, pay extra software service cost extra from the second year.)
